Terms and conditions governing the provision of services by Pro Finish Maintenance & Painting Pty Ltd.

In these terms, "the Company" means Pro Finish Maintenance & Painting Pty Ltd (ACN 699 832 196, ABN 94 699 832 196). "Client" means the person or entity engaging the Company's services. "Services" means all painting, maintenance, coating, and related work provided by the Company.
By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Any variations to the scope of work may result in adjusted pricing, subject to agreement between both parties.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services resupplied if the services fail to be of acceptable quality.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited, at the Company's discretion, to the resupply of the Services or the refund of the fees paid.

Payment is due as specified in the quotation or invoice. The Company reserves the right to suspend work or withhold deliverables if payment is overdue.
All intellectual property rights in any designs, specifications, or materials prepared by the Company remain the property of the Company. The Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use such materials for the intended purpose only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Services or the use of this website. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice if the other party commits a material breach that remains unremedied for 14 days. The Company may terminate immediately if the Client fails to make payment, provides misleading information, or creates an unsafe work environment.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will be published on this page.
